For any discrepancies found in payments or membership upgrades, Curoga.com shall initiate refund upon investigation.

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Curoga will issue a refund to you for services paid through Curoga for partner services. If services are paid by member and not availed then such no refunds shall be applicable. Curoga.com may consider issuing a refund to you in other circumstances on a case by case basis.

In cases where member makes payment directly to the provider then the provider refund policy shall apply and Curoga shall not be responsible for any refund considerations.
