Nevertheless, Curoga collaborates closely with its providers to maintain top-notch service quality. Curoga onboards its healthcare providers based on rigorous criteria. It's important to note that Curoga does not own or employ its healthcare workforce unless explicitly stated. Any service-level concerns are directly addressed by the respective healthcare provider.

We strongly advise against sharing your account with non-members. While Curoga does not impose strict constraints to preserve service quality for members, our services are tailored to individual needs. Every interaction on Curoga contributes to personalization, and sharing login credentials may affect this process, leading to inappropriate outcomes. We recommend that each individual signs up separately to fully access and benefit from our services.

Curoga does not provide emergency services. In case of emergencies, we strongly advise contacting government-provided services. While Curoga may offer information, it is not equipped to handle emergencies at this stage of development.
